One of the most pleasing color combinations is the stark contrast of warm colors and cool colors. This miniature is a cold, winter scene but really gives the viewer a delightful warm feeling because of the yellows, oranges and touch of red with the coolness of the snow and mountains. It's a very peaceful painting, which is my 'thing'.

Welcome to my online web gallery! I'm a life-long, primarily self-taught artist who has gone through many transformations during my artistic journey. What started out as early childhood drawings on scraps of paper, slowly became something more. In my early teens I picked up the first paint brush and found my 'holy grail' for artistic expression. Although, I occasionally dabble in photography and still find great joy in drawing, painting remains my favorite creative outlet.
